We’re now two months into the new year, so let’s see how it’s panning out for the UK property market, shall we?
Firstly, it’s still a market of two halves, with a North/South divide that is no longer regional but very much financial. In that the top end of the market, homes above £2m are struggling to sell and prices, particularly in London, are falling.
