The spring Property Investor Show was once again held at London’s Excel Centre this weekend and Property PR Agency ProperPR, were engaged to assist with public relations and communications. It’s the ‘go to’ event that puts property developers, lawyers, agents, funders and property services companies for landlords and investors all under one roof.
We devised a number of content articles designed to inspire debate around property as an asset class and we set up two webinar ‘Battles’ between well known property folk that pitted ‘north versus south’ as one discussion – where should you invest your real-estate pounds? And another on the question of new build homes versus resale property? Which is best?
The show itself was extremely busy with over 90 exhibitors and some 4000 people visiting over the Friday and Saturday over which the event was held.
We were delighted to also be entrusted to chair two ‘State of the Market’ expert panels with Ben Beadle, CEO of the National Residential Landlords Association; Maxine Fothergill, President of ARLA: Paul Mahoney, MD of Nova Financial; Richard Bowser, Founder of Property Investor News; and John Howard, property developer and star of Elevator Pitch on Property TV.
Two hours of great debate that analysed and forecast the current sales and rental market and took a dive into funding, compliance, inflation/interest rates and also the role of landlord associations.
Brilliant stuff.
