From yesterday’s Credas Compliance Wallet launch at London’s Ivy Club.

We were honoured to be invited to host the lunch, a gathering of the great and the good of the estate agency and conveyancer worlds

Russell set out his view on the UK housing market and how bulletproof it’s been despite the challenges of the wider economy.

He hosted two panels, a combined YOPA/Connells compliance session and then an explainer by the Credas senior team on the problem their Compliance Wallet solves – in effect a ‘one source’ ID verification that can be shared with multiple stakeholders in a property transaction. It adds accuracy, certainty and saves time for buyers, sellers, agents and conveyancers.
