We jest that Rupert Collingwood is the poshest estate agent in Britain but he genuinely is from landed gentry – or rather seaborne gentry in that his ancestor is Admiral Baron Collingwood, second in command to Lord Nelson at the Battle of Trafalgar. He survived even if Nelson did not.

And just as well because otherwise the property industry may not have benefitted from Collingwood junior and his London Broker project which partners with self-employed estate agents across London and other prime areas of the UK.

In this episode we discuss Rupert’s background, the celebrity investor he shared with Russell Quirk and an interesting question and answer … “Can an estate agent in Britain earn £250,000+?”

Enjoy!
