Russell Quirk property PR expert of Proper PR was on GB News earlier today commenting on ‘housing’ further to Deputy PM Angela Rayner’s’ Car Crash’ TV interview on Sunday. 

Ms Rayner got very befuddled on Sky over the number of homes that she says the government will build. 1.5m homes by 2029 that will only then accommodate the 2.5m migrants that will arrive over that period of time, according to her colleague Rachel Reeves in her Budget of October 30th. So, what about current first time buyers? What about the 1.2m people on the social housing waiting list too?
