We started work with the founders of this company in December 2018. Their business is two-fold – serviced apartments in the trendy areas of London, competing with hotels and AirBnB; and a
co-working space in Farringdon that, brilliantly, utilises a professionally run, OFSTED registered creche as part of its proposition to help get new parents back to work easier/faster. So, their audience is both B2B and B2C and requires both approaches.

Our first challenge was to assist with a project that they’d agreed as a joint venture between themselves and a mattress company. The mattress company had their own PR company and we were required to work with them.

PropergandaPR’s solus efforts yielded publications including the FT, GQ, The Telegraph, Business Matters, Hotel Designs and iNews to a value of £212,000. Our collaborative efforts resulted in 100+ mentions including the Daily Mail, The Sun, The Times, Metro, House Beautiful, Huffington Post, Mirror and a host of trades and international titles. Central to this coverage was the principal strap-line that PropergandaPR devised and which was used as the headline in 45% of articles.
